On January 16, the Water Billing Department will relocate to 210 N. Tennessee St., half a block south of the current location on the same side of the street. The 24 hour drive-through drop box will still be located at the previous location - 222 N. Tennessee St.

City of McKinney Utility Bills
The Water Billing Department bills city residents and businesses for the following services. Services are billed in a combined monthly statement:
Trash (residential customers inside city limits only)
We recommend submitting your service request no more than seven days in advance to avoid potential date changes and associated fees. Once submitted, date change requests must be received by email by 12 p.m. the business day before the requested start / cancel date. Please reference the request number and the address.
You may change the date one time at no charge.
A $30 service fee is charged for each additional change.
A $40 trip fee applies if we receive the request after the deadline.
Please do not resubmit a request with a new date as the original may already be scheduled.
