Impact Fee Setting for the 2012-2013 Impact Fee Update
As part of the 2012-2013 Impact Fee Update process, City Council will establish / set roadway, water and wastewater impact fees. As mandated by Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, impact fees must be within the maximum assessable limits as established by the 2012-2013 Roadway, Water and Wastewater Capital Improvement Plans.
On November 19, 2013, McKinney City Council approved amendments to the Roadway and Utility Impact Fee Ordinances, setting new fees and providing for a six-month grace period.. View Video
